The Secretary-general of China's Charhar Institute Ke Yinbin was invited to become a special member of the International Experts Committee at the Czech EU-China Economics and Politics Institute this month.

Ke Yinbin, a graduate of Dalian University of Technology in July 1982, specializes in transnational corporations and public diplomacy research. At present, he is deputy editorial director of CIPG's Public Diplomacy Quarterly, executive member of the China Public Diplomacy Association, and a member of the China National Association for International Studies.

He has published nine books and more than 150 papers. His current research focuses on the fields of Corporate Strategy, Multinational Companies, and Corporate Public Diplomacy.

The Prague-based EU-China Economics and Politics Institute is originated from the EU-China Research Group Plan. Initiated on June 6, 2010, the plan focused on topics related to the EU arms embargo on China. It was then transformed to the institute on Oct. 1, 2015.
